Alice Kramer joined
the Mark Matthews Agency in January 2004 as a personal lines
insurance agent. Her education includes an Associates Degree in
Nursing from Otterbein College and a BA in Political Science from
The Ohio State University. Alice worked many years in the nursing
field including working for a health insurance company. Then she
had her own service business for several years before coming to the
insurance field. Alice is licensed for property and casualty
insurance as well as life and health. Her commitment is to provide
the best customer service and to make sure your insurance needs are

Beth Cantrell joined Mark Matthews & Associates in February 2008 as
a health and life insurance agent. She has an Associates degree in
business from Hocking College and is finishing her Bachelors in
Human Resource Management from Franklin University. Beth has been
raising her children at home before working as a Broker Sales
Representive for a General Insurance Agent. She is licensed in
Health and Life. My goal is to meet the needs of my clients and to
provide excellent service.

Joel Sickmeier graduated from Capital
university in 2006 with a degree in Business Administration. After
working with a Retirement and Benefits group in 2007, Joel joined
Mark Matthews and Associates in March 2008. He has a license in
Property and Causality Insurance. His goal is to provide quality
service and advice to his clients,and meet all their insurance

Donna Breitinger joined the Mark Matthews Agency as a customer service
representative in the office after spending time as a stay at home
mother raising her two children. Donna has a background of many
years in the banking industry. Donna is centered around customer
satisfaction and can assist you in many ways, such as taking
information about insurance quotes, billing or claims questions. She
will work with you, the client, to get a resolution as quickly and
thoroughly as possible.
